As Founder of a wellbeing clinic with over 7 mental health professionals, I developed this model due to my passion around mental health with a holistic approach.  As a naturopath who is degree qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science, I have a detailed and well researched understanding of the body and its influence on anxiety, stress resilience and low mood including genetics, nutrition, chronic exhaustion, sleep, gut health, thyroid health, hormones, allergies, life challenges, work and family stress and much more.

My approach is a deep assessment at your initial consultation so that I can provide a well-tailored and unique strategy for each person to feel their optimal health.  A focus on education, I also utilise some beautiful herbal medicines and supplements that can have a significant impact on anxiety, stress resilience, mood, day-time energy, sleep, gut and much more.  Well trained in interpreting blood tests and having a full understanding of a range of mental health medications, I always ensure that my recommendations consider the medications you may be on.
