Burn Out, Chronic Fatigue & Burn Out Prevention
What is Burn Out & Chronic Fatigue
I am passionate about supporting individuals to feel their optimal selves. Burnout is a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion which is caused by mental, and often physical exhaustion brought on by persistent and long, drawn-out stress.
Each week I support my clients to reclaim energy, mood and their mojo and that is one of the main reasons that I invited very experienced mental health professionals into my clinic, as support can often also include counselling to get back on track and ensure repeat burn out episodes do not occur.
I believe that burn out and chronic fatigue is often related to the perfect storm of multiple stressors occurring in a relenting manner and often includes a high-performance work life, family life including caring for children or aging parents, lack of time in life for rest and rejuvenation, life crisis or personal challenges, poor eating habits, sleep disturbances, gut issues and more.
A holistic approach to Burn Out, Chronic Fatigue & Burn Out Prevention
I work with my clients to restore their energy, motivation and mood with detailed strategies for a healthy maintenance program. Combined with strategic dietary suggestions and lifestyle recommendations, there are some beautiful herbal medicines and supplements that can have a significant impact on burn out recovery. Having worked in senior management roles in the corporate sector and having built businesses including her wellbeing clinic, I understand the risks associated with burn out.
